Your Role at arenaflex
As a Customer Support Executive – Amharic Speaking, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support and issue resolution to our clients through various communication channels, including live chats, phone calls, and emails. You will work closely with reputed company to ensure that our clients receive the highest level of service, accuracy, and attention to detail. You will also have the opportunity to relocate to our Southeast Asia support office after the first 2 or 3 months, immersing yourself in a dynamic and multicultural environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process client requests and resolve issues reputed company live chat, phone call, and email through the CRM system, ensuring accuracy and detail.
