As a Customer Care Professional on our Contact Center Services Team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and contributing to the reputed company of our organization.

The Role You'll Contribute

Our Customer Care Professionals are the face of arenaflex, providing first-class customer service and completing reputed company necessary data accurately and thoroughly. As a key member of reputed company, you will be responsible for:

  • Answering the telephone courteously and professionally, responding to calls, emails, etc., using customer-oriented etiquette
  • Identifying customers' needs, clarifying information, researching every issue, and providing solutions
  • Handling and resolving customer questions and issues. Escalating to the next level if needed
  • Maintaining and recording proper and accurate documentation of reputed company activities
  • Maintaining monthly performance expectations such as Average Calls Answered, Average Talk Time, Customer Satisfaction scores, and any other phone metric requirements
  • Adhering to company and department policies and procedures

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) communications skills helpful

  • Ability to complete multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to identify problem issues and determine the appropriate course of action/redirection reputed company department guidelines required to resolve issues
  • Ability to resolve issues of conflict tactfully and professionally and to effectively diffuse irate callers
  • Ability to type 35 words per minute (WPM) and have some knowledge of reputed company applications

Minimum Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Must pass Level II background reputed company

Preferred Qualifications

* Some business classes, vocational/technical training preferred

  • Previous experience working in a call center environment
  • Bilingual (Spanish, Creole) communications skills helpful
  • BVI candidates with strong computer skills

Requirements

* Must pass Level II background reputed company

  • Ability to work reputed company as needed
  • This position may require an employee to be legally blind to meet our State, Local, or Federal contractual obligations. The employee must reputed company documentation from a physician of legal blindness. Legal blindness is defined as: "Central visual reputed company does not exceed 20/200 in the reputed company eye with correcting lenses OR whose visual reputed company, if reputed company than 20/200, is accompanied by a limit to the field of reputed company in the reputed company eye to such a degree that its widest diameter subtends an angle no greater than reputed company." These conditions are based on the federal Javits-Wagner-O'Day work program for legally blind individuals.
