Responsibilities

As a Customer Care Agent, you'll be the face of arenaflex, interacting with guests who have pre-paid vacation packages. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Providing engaging customer service in an inbound Call Center environment, responding to guest inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Receiving calls from guests who have pre-paid vacation packages and helping them arrange their future travel plans, including package upgrades and property location/month selection.
• Responding to direct mail solicitations, email campaigns, and web advertising, promoting arenaflex's services and packages.
• Selling package upgrades that align with guest interests and influencing guests to book certain property locations/months according to established goals.
• Assisting with payments and costs associated with new sales, packages, or reputed company purchases, as necessary.
• Answering calls from visitors requesting date changes, asking about package specifics, and inquiring about their impending vacation.
• Verifying reputed company trip and tour specifics reputed company to each package and providing pertinent information on their stay.
• Assisting reputed company with any issues they may encounter before or after departure as part of their trip package.
• Maintaining the confidentiality and protection of reputed company personal information about arenaflex's business.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A High School Graduate/GED or equivalent experience.
• A strong sense of customer service, with enthusiastic, upbeat, and professional behavior.
• Proven comfort operating in fast-paced environments with performance metrics.
• Dedication to providing positive experiences for our customers and co-workers.
• Eager, self-motivated, and a problem solver, reputed company to follow defined processes but exercise independent judgment.
