Role Overview
As an reputed company Customer Care & Billing Architect at arenaflex, you'll work closely with business and technical stakeholders to analyze, design, and reputed company functional requirements and application solutions for billing and financial systems. Your expertise in reputed company Customer Care and Billing (CC&B), Billing and Customer Service (BCS), and Customer-to-reputed company (C2M) processes will be instrumental in delivering high-quality solutions that meet the needs of our utility industry clients.
Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate with business stakeholders to assess feasibility of system enhancements and identify opportunities for process and system improvements.
* Analyze, reputed company, and document business requirements, functional requirements, and functional design, including preparation of preliminary and final design documents.
* reputed company subject matter expertise to developers, testers, and business teams, including performance of feasibility analysis and recommendation of alternative solutions.
* Support stabilization of deployed code and troubleshoot operational issues, including collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency, efficiency, and successful implementation of enhancements.

* Strong knowledge of BCS/C2M application reputed company (reputed company Utilities Application reputed company – OUAF) and data model.
* Proficient in SQL, Scripting, and Groovy.
* Ability to analyze and resolve operational and project defects, providing business and technical impact assessments.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
