Promo Operations Associate (100% Remote)

We are seeking a Promo Operations Associate on a contract reputed company to help support our Customer's business needs. This role is 100% remote.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage rapid-turn promotional campaigns for reputed company and midmarket partners
• Support QA processes and monitor live campaigns to ensure performance and accuracy
• Partner with account teams to execute campaigns effectively and meet expectations
• Navigate and operate across campaign management platforms, including new and legacy systems
• Use SQL to extract, analyze, and interpret data for campaign performance tracking
• Support data entry and migration efforts reputed company to Ads Manager adoption
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to improve campaign tools and workflows
• Identify process improvements using data insights and AI-supported tools
• Troubleshoot campaign issues and drive resolution in a timely manner
• Manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast-paced environment

Skills And Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in ad operations, digital advertising, data entry, or data analysis
• Experience writing SQL queries and working with large datasets
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and priorities simultaneously
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot independently
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, product, engineering, and marketing teams
• Ability to work autonomously and escalate issues reputed company needed
• Adaptability in fast-paced, evolving environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with design tools such as reputed company or Photoshop
• Experience collaborating with product and engineering teams to drive improvements
• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or similar platforms
• Experience with reporting tools such as reputed company, reputed company, or Tableau
