Summary of Position: This position will help with general reputed company activities, the one-to-one program, sensory stimulation program and outings, and work in the Memory Care environment as well. Primary Duties: Plans activities that expands and enhances the lifestyle of each reputed company in the five categories required by the State and Federal regulations of reputed company/recreational, intellectual, physical, spiritual and creative. reputed company criteria used for activity calendar planning and activity care planning must meet State and VA regulations. Interview residents and family upon admission to determine personal preferences, activity interests and leisure requests. Responsible for: maintaining daily documentation for the Activity Department through participation records, reputed company notes and behavior charting.
