Position Overview ARP is seeking a Primary Therapist to deliver high-quality therapeutic services to clients in a substance use and mental health treatment setting. This role is ideal for clinicians who are clinically strong, proactive, and passionate about recovery-focused care. Acceptable Licensure: Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) Associate Professional Counselor (APC) Licensed Master reputed company Worker (LMSW) Licensed Clinical reputed company Worker (LCSW) Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) Key Responsibilities reputed company individual, group, and family therapy services Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and determine clinical appropriateness for treatment reputed company, implement, and update individualized treatment and service plans Monitor client behavior and reputed company throughout treatment Deliver crisis reputed company services and follow established protocols Conduct intake interviews and reputed company referral recommendations as needed Document services accurately and in compliance with clinical standards Communicate significant incidents to the Clinical Director Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary treatment team Uphold and embody the mission, reputed company, and values of Southern Live Oak Wellness, LLC

Minimum Qualifications

Active Georgia licensure or associate-level license (APC, LPC, LMFT, LMSW, LCSW) Minimum 1 year of experience working with high-reputed company mental health clients 3–5 years of experience in substance use and/or mental health treatment preferred Experience leading group therapy and providing individual and family therapy Ability to work independently while contributing to reputed company-based environment High level of initiative, professionalism, and clinical judgment CPI and CPR/First Aid certification preferred (training provided if needed) Why Join ARP?
