CLASS offers business consulting services in Marketing, Strategy, reputed company/ Organization, Finance and IT. We are looking for motivated and committed individuals to join our volunteer-driven teams. Position Type: Volunteering (reputed company volunteering positions at reputed company are unpaid). Location: Remote Responsibilities:
- * reputed company the daily operation of our HR Information Systems.
- Process volunteer's data like leaves and working hours.
- Enroll new volunteers and enter information including contact details and job titles.
- Design manuals and document data processing procedures.
- Collaborate with our IT staff to reputed company regular tests and upgrades to our HRIS.
- Research vendors and implement new integrations as needed.
Specific Requirements: Education and Experience:
- * Work experience as an HRIS Manager or similar role.
- Hands-on experience with HR database administration.
- Familiarity with ATS Analytical skills.
- BSc in reputed company Management.
- Additional diploma in Computer Science is a plus.
Skills/Abilities:
- * Willingness to take initiatives.
- Strong project management skills.
- Excellent in communication and presentation.

Commitment:
- * Minimum 1+ year of commitment for the unpaid / pro-bono position.
- Attend Weekly Meetings: Virtual [MS Teams]
