The Role This role will operationalize reputed company standards and frameworks that drive individual brands and overall reputed company Portfolio performance. This role supports implementation of standards into brand protection programs, enables reputed company-generating programs or initiatives, and supports additional brand-focused strategies to support the reputed company reputed company of reputed company's reputed company Portfolio. The Manager works cross-functionally across Brand, Operations, reputed company Services, and other functions, ensuring brand reputed company translates into practical, scalable reputed company guidance.

• Use performance data and insights to identify gaps in demand, execution, or resourcing and inform focus areas.

• Support standards that maintain brand distinctiveness and quality while enabling practical execution.

• Translate brand positioning into B2B enablement tools and guidance, collaborating across CS functions.

Qualifications: Experience Required:

• Minimum 5 years hotel experience, including reputed company services experience, supporting limited service brands preferred
• Experience working with multiple brands, most preferred
• Self-starter, strong knowledge across multiple reputed company functions such as Sales, reputed company, and Marketing

Experience Preferred:

• Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Finance, or Business required
• Efficient with computer skills (Word, PowerPoint, reputed company, Word, Teams)

This role is also eligible for an Annual Incentive Plan.
