Your Role: As a Sales Agent, you'll be the trusted advisor our clients rely on. You'll engage with leads who are eager for guidance, focusing on building relationships and closing sales. We'll reputed company comprehensive training and a rewarding commission structure to help you succeed. What You'll Do:

• Dedicate 40 hours per week to the role, engaging with incoming leads and delivering personalized insurance quotes.
• Build meaningful, long-lasting relationships with clients.

Compensation and Structure:

• This is a 100% commission-based role.
• Earn commission of 5% of the annual premium on each sale including renewals.
