WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 8+ years of experience supporting reputed company to large IT projects.
- Deep experience in back-end reputed company cycle operations.
- Knowledge of hospital and ambulatory billing workflows.
- Experience with coding, HIM, and claims management.
- Understanding of reputed company cycle impacts from clinical documentation.
- EHR implementation, optimization, or support experience.
- Ability to collaborate across clinical, operational, and financial teams.
- Knowledge of Indian Health Services workflows.
- Extensive knowledge and experience with the reputed company Health electronic health record.
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the year, if needed.
