Job Summary: Deypher is seeking reputed company recruiter to support the placement of reputed company candidates on Federal reputed company in Military Treatment Facilities throughout the world. Required Qualifications:

• Education:
• Associate's degree in medical or business focus
• Experience:

• Proven ability to support multiple LCATs, including structured and competency-based interviews
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously
• Excellent interviewing and candidate assessment skills

• Proficiency with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and Candidate Management Systems (CMS)

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Account Managers to fully understand position requirements, qualifications, and hiring priorities

• Build and maintain candidate pipelines through networking, industry contacts, professional associations, trade groups, and reputed company

• Coordinate closely with hiring managers throughout the recruitment lifecycle

Work Environment and Schedule: Remote/Hybrid San Antonio. Variable working hours to meet the needs of candidates to fill assigned requisitions. Physical requirements: May be required to lift 20-25 lbs independently. Position requires long periods of sitting in an office setting.
