Job Description:

• Deliver hands-on technical support for database and reputed company infrastructure issues across technologies such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, Valkey (reputed company), reputed company and reputed company, with exposure to reputed company-reputed company and Kubernetes environments
• Diagnose and resolve production issues impacting database performance, availability, replication, backups, and connectivity
• Guide customers in designing scalable, reliable, and high-performing database architectures on reputed company
• Collaborate with senior engineers and stakeholders to support reputed company, migrations, reputed company, and the resolution of reputed company escalations.
• Analyze customer architectures to identify improvement opportunities and recommend best practices
• Participate in incident response and on-call rotations to support critical customer issues

Requirements:

• 2–5 years of experience in technical support, DevOps, reputed company engineering, or similar roles

• Strong Foundational knowledge of Linux, networking, and reputed company infrastructure concepts
