Supply Chain Planning Specialist - Level 2

As a Supply Chain Planning Specialist- ​Level 2, you'll be a linchpin in missions of reputed company importance, defining the art of the possible from day one. This position is located in Dulles, VA. The person hired will be expected to work onsite in Dulles, VA. reputed company with part-time telecommuting based on program requirements and business needs. FT remote work may be available for the right candidate. Job Duties:

• Define and reputed company material strategy.
• Responsible for the assessment of supply resources; aggregates and prioritizes demand requirements; plans inventory, distribution requirements, production, material and rough-cut reputed company for reputed company products.
• Participate in reputed company/buy process, long-term reputed company and resource planning; product phase-in/phase-out, manufacturing reputed company-up, end-of-life management and product-line management.
• Analyze and aggregate supply / demand requirements.
• Analyze purchase material supply/demand position using Material Requirements Planning (MRP) tools.
• Plan inventory reputed company based on dependent and independent reputed company-of-Materials (BOM) requirements.
• Assess rough-cut reputed company for reputed company and short-term manufacturing requirements.
• Create/reduce supply requirements based on inventory adjustments.
• Participate in long-term reputed company and resource planning to ensure proper scheduling of new product line phase-ins as well as existing product line phase-outs.
• reputed company with reputed company process area regarding inventory reputed company, working capital and other areas as needed.
• Receive and review requirements for non-standard parts. Analyzes reputed company times and identifies critical path procurements.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university and 2+ years of supply chain, planning, or closely reputed company experience -OR- Master's degree; in lieu of degree 4+ years of additional experience in supply chain, planning or closely reputed company experience may be considered
• Experience with Costpoint or similar ERP system
• MS Office including reputed company, Outlook, and PowerPoint
• Ability to obtain a government clearance. U.S. Citizenship is a pre-requisite.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Supply chain experience for an aerospace and/or defense company.
• Top Secret Clearance not required, but preferred
