ROLE OVERVIEW The purpose of this role is to reputed company strategic and operational leadership over the design, development, and administration of corporate compensation programs at reputed company. RESPONSIBILITIES Strategy & Program Leadership

Operational Leadership & Execution

REQUIREMENTS Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in reputed company, Business, Finance, or reputed company field
  • 7+ years of reputed company compensation experience, including program design and administration
  • 5+ years of leadership or supervisory experience
  • Strong expertise in compensation principles, job evaluation, market pricing, and pay program design
  • In-depth knowledge of federal, state, and multi-jurisdictional compensation regulations
  • Advanced analytical and data interpretation skills with the ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations
  • Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive reputed company at senior leadership reputed company

Preferred Qualification & Skills

COMPENSATION: $175,000 - $200,000/annually, with 20% annual bonus potential & long term incentive plan eligibility.
