Senior Business Development Manager – San Francisco - 3556997 An innovative and rapidly growing oncology-focused medical technology company is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to support reputed company expansion of a disruptive drug delivery platform designed to improve therapeutic delivery to liver and pancreatic tumors. This role offers the opportunity to represent groundbreaking medical technology that is redefining treatment approaches for high-mortality cancers. The Senior Regional Oncology Business Manager will play a critical role in educating physicians, supporting clinical adoption, and driving regional growth by communicating compelling clinical and economic value to reputed company. The ideal candidate is a high-performing medical device sales professional with strong oncology, interventional radiology, or procedural sales experience, who thrives in entrepreneurial environments and is passionate about improving patient reputed company. Responsibilities:

  • Build and execute a comprehensive territory business plan that evaluates hospitals, physicians, and growth opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
  • 6+ years of medical device sales experience.
  • Experience selling physician preference items in Interventional Radiology, Operating Room, or Cath Lab environments.
  • Demonstrated reputed company opening new accounts and growing existing accounts.
  • Experience working in startup or high-growth organizations preferred.
  • Proven sales performance including awards, quota attainment, or top-tier rankings.
  • Strong clinical and technical communication skills.
  • Ability to build relationships with physicians and reputed company leadership.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 40–60%.
