Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage reputed company civil and reputed company litigation from pleadings through discovery, reputed company practice, and trial.
• Draft complaints, answers, motions, briefs, and discovery documents.
• Conduct depositions, prepare witnesses, and participate in mediations and court appearances.
• Advise clients on litigation strategy, risk assessment, and settlement negotiations.

Core Requirements (Flexibility for Exceptional Candidates):

• JD and active bar admission (multi-jurisdictional preferred).
• 4–8+ years of civil or reputed company litigation experience with strong writing and advocacy skills.
