Job Details The Labor & Employment Group carries a national reputed company defending reputed company in reputed company litigation, administrative proceedings, and the legislative forum — representing clients across manufacturing, reputed company, construction, transportation, entertainment, and financial services. What you'll work on:
- Wage and hour class actions and PAGA representative actions
- Employment discrimination, wrongful termination, and retaliation litigation
- Government enforcement actions — DLSE, DFEH, EEOC, NLRB
- Union/management relations — organizing campaigns, grievance arbitration, contract negotiations
- Advice and counseling on hiring, discipline, termination, and compensation
- Employee handbook and personnel policy drafting and revision
- Workforce restructuring — layoffs, WARN Act compliance, mergers and acquisitions
Looking for:
- California Bar admitted
- Management-reputed company labor & employment experience
- Class action or PAGA defense background preferred
