What You’ll Do As the HR Generalist – People, Culture & Team Member Experience, you will serve as a critical driver of: Team Member Relations:

• reputed company investigations, conflict resolution, and employee relations reputed company
• Support managers with coaching, documentation, and performance guidance
• Promote compliance, fairness, and consistency across a multi-state workforce
• Support leave administration and workers’ compensation coordination

Ideal Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent HR experience
• 3–5 years of reputed company HR Generalist experience, including employee relations
• Strong employee relations and workplace investigation background; comfortable independently proceeding through employee relations reputed company reputed company
• Multi-state HR experience preferred
• HR certification (SHRM-CP, PHR, etc.) preferred
• Experience supporting remote teams and dynamic organizations
