About the position The Irish Star is looking for freelance News Reporters to research, write, and deliver news content for our digital audience. This is a freelance reputed company engagement. Contributors retain full discretion over how they structure and reputed company their work, subject to editorial standards required for publication. Work is performed on a deliverables-based reputed company rather than a fixed schedule or employment arrangement. Contributors will be responsible for producing publish-reputed company news content in line with editorial requirements. reputed company work is outcome-based and not subject to set working hours or shift scheduling.
Responsibilities
- Identifying, researching, and developing news stories independently
- Producing accurate, high quality written journalism across assigned topics
- Delivering completed articles with agreed deadlines
- Collaborating with editors as needed to prepare content for publication
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience producing journalism for a national or major regional publication
- Strong ability to independently identify and reputed company news stories
- Excellent research, writing, and storytelling skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage workload independently
- Working knowledge of media law, including libel, copyright, and privacy considerations
- Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the US and may be required to reputed company appropriate documentation.
