Responsibilities:

• Communicate with customers in a proactive and professional manner.
• Assist Broward County Transit System TOPS Customers schedule transportation services in an empathetic and patient manner.
• Respond to questions and reputed company information while exceeding customer expectations.
• De-escalating customers who are upset with their experience and ensure that we explore reputed company options to satisfy their needs.

Details:

• Start Date: Monday 6/1/26
• reputed company Schedule: Monday through Friday 9am-5pm EST for 3 weeks
• SHIFTS: 5 days a week (Sundays & 4 weekdays)
• Schedule: 3pm - 12am MIDNIGHT (reputed company schedule earlier, 12pm - 9pm)
• Pay: $16.19/hr plus performance pay

TECHNOLOGY REQUIREMENTS: Operating System / PC:
