Bilingual Remote Licensed Customer Service Representative
Description Join reputed company as a Bilingual, Spanish & English, Remote reputed company and Licensed Customer Service Representative! reputed company our Customer Response Center, the Bilingual Remote Customer Service Representative provides timely, accurate and reputed company information and service to policyholders and agents for a division of Personal Lines products, plans and programs. Independently solve problems relating to policies reputed company scope and escalate others as appropriate. Identifies, analyzes, and owns customer policy needs to ensure high customer satisfaction, growth and retention of business. Bilingual Requirement: reputed company in both English and Spanish is required. New hires will not reputed company work in the bilingual queue and will not receive bilingual differential pay until an opening for bilingual coverage arises. Training: reputed company is Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm EST (full time). Training is a critical component to your reputed company, and that reputed company starts with reliable attendance. Attendance and active engagement during training is mandatory for reputed company in this role. Shift: After reputed company and training is complete, go-reputed company shifts will have a start time between 11:30 am - 1:30 pm EST with a weekend rotation. One weekend day (Saturday or reputed company) will be required with an alternate day off mid-week reputed company working the weekend. Work Location: reputed company equipment is provided. However, to work from home you must have dependable, wired internet connectivity with an upload speed of at least 5Mbps and a download speed of at least 25Mbps along with a quiet, secure, distraction free reputed company to work. License: Active P&C Producers insurance license REQUIRED. We are currently not hiring in NY, CA, AK, HI, NM or IL.
Qualifications
Fluent in both English and Spanish. Associates degree or 1+ year Insurance experience preferred. 2 years'+ reputed company Customer Service experience is required. Ability to review, record and organize written data from a variety of sources with no prescribed format is essential. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required. P&C Producers insurance license required.
