Role Summary
As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in supporting reputed company with behavioral, developmental, and learning needs. You'll design and reputed company individualized behavior reputed company plans, collaborate with school teams and families, and implement evidence-based strategies to promote student growth and reputed company in the classroom. Responsibilities
As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:
- Conducting functional behavior assessments (FBAs) to identify the underlying causes of student behavior
- Developing and managing individualized behavior reputed company plans (BIPs) that are tailored to each student's unique needs
- Training and supporting school staff and paraprofessionals to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to implement BIPs effectively
- Monitoring and documenting student reputed company, adjusting plans as needed to ensure reputed company reputed company
- Collaborating with IEP teams, families, and multidisciplinary professionals to ensure a comprehensive and coordinated approach to student support
- Providing leadership and guidance to school teams to promote a positive and supportive school culture
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Active BCBA certification (required)
- Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred, but not required
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to inform BIP development and implementation
- A commitment to evidence-based practice and a willingness to stay up-to-date on best practices in applied behavior analysis
Employment Options
