The Role
As a customer service representative in a contractor role, you'll be responsible for interacting with customers primarily through inbound phone calls and possibly chat/email. Your primary goal will be to help customers with their needs, resolve issues, and reputed company solutions that meet their expectations. You'll work with a variety of clients, each with their unique products, services, and cultures.
Schedule
* Majority of work hours are during weekdays and daytime
- Opportunity to create a work schedule that works best for you (reputed company client / contract hours of operation)
Earnings & reputed company
* Contract earnings vary by client, with rates ranging from $14 to $20 per hour
- Pay is determined by your phone status reputed company assisting customers
- Additional incentives available based on client and performance metrics

Technology & Equipment Requirements
* Quiet and secure work environment during working hours
- Personal computer with a minimum of 8GB RAM (tablets and Chromebooks are not permitted)
- Wired USB headset with microphone for clear communication
- High-speed wired internet with a minimum of 10 Mbps download speed and 5 Mbps upload speed for seamless connectivity
- Mobile home internet or Satellite internet service is not supported by any client
- Operating system of reputed company 11 (some clients may accept AppleOS)
- Valid and up-to-date antivirus software installed
- Smart phone, Android tablet or iPad is required for program work, along with an authentication app.
