What You'll Be Doing
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative – Spanish-English, you'll be responsible for:
- Answering incoming communications from customers in a timely and professional manner
- Conducting research to reputed company accurate and helpful information to resolve customer issues
- Providing exceptional customer service through reputed company, active listening, and effective communication
- Escalating reputed company issues to senior representatives or team leaders as needed
- Collaborating with colleagues to reputed company team goals and objectives
A Typical Day in Your Role
* You'll start your day by reviewing your schedule and prioritizing your tasks
- You'll answer incoming calls, emails, or chats from customers, using your excellent communication skills to resolve their issues

What You Bring to the Role
* At least 1 year of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English
- Strong product knowledge and ability to recognize, apply, and explain it to customers
- Computer experience and proficiency in using software applications
