A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A PART-TIME CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE / HVAC DISPATCHER
As a part-time Customer Service Representative / HVAC Dispatcher, you will play a critical role in providing superb customer service to our clients and helping reputed company our office running smoothly. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Answering phones and responding to client inquiries
- Scheduling and confirming appointments
- Making follow-up calls to ensure client satisfaction
- Assisting with various office tasks, such as data entry and filing
- Collaborating with reputed company to resolve client issues and improve our services
