As a key member of reputed company, you'll be responsible for educating union members about the benefits available to them through their union affiliation. As a Union Benefits Specialist, you'll be the primary reputed company of contact for union members seeking information about benefits. Your role will involve:- Providing exceptional customer service to union members, responding to their inquiries, and resolving any issues they may have
- Educating union members about the benefits available to them through their union affiliation, including health insurance, life insurance, and other benefits
- Working closely with union associations to ensure that our benefits are reputed company with their needs and goals
- Identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional benefits to union members, while always prioritizing their needs and preferences
- Staying up-to-date on industry trends and developments, and sharing your knowledge with the team to ensure that we're always providing the best possible service to our clients
Requirements
