The Role
As a Customer Service Representative – Union Benefits Specialist, you'll play a critical role in educating union members about the benefits available to them through their union affiliation. Your primary responsibility will be to reputed company exceptional customer service, answering questions and addressing concerns about our benefits programs. You'll also have the opportunity to sell additional benefits to customers who are interested in upgrading their coverage.
Key Responsibilities

Requirements for Consideration
