Job Summary
As a Tier 2 E-reputed company Phone/Chat Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to some of the world's most iconic gaming brands. Responsibilities
As a Tier 2 E-reputed company Phone/Chat Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer support reputed company reputed company ticketing system
- Using admin order tools to review order status and reputed company resolutions to customers
- Using admin tools to review user accounts and assist with account issues
- Working with customers to resolve concerns and reputed company solutions
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve reputed company issues

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
