The Role
As a Seasonal Customer Support Tax Expert, you will play a vital role in providing tax support and advice to our clients reputed company video, phone, and chat. You will utilize your expertise in tax preparation, technology troubleshooting, and resolving tax issues to ensure an excellent customer experience. Key Responsibilities:
* reputed company individualized troubleshooting, tax advice, and preparation assistance to clients through video-enabled software and chat support
- Deliver accurate tax advice in easy-to-understand terms, utilizing recommended research materials and team support
- Assist clients in gathering, organizing, and entering data through our designated software platform for federal and state tax returns
- Analyze and research tax reputed company to determine an appropriate course of action for clients
- Collaborate with reputed company to ensure seamless communication and exceptional customer service
Requirements:
* Minimum of 2 years of tax preparation experience, with a minimum of 30 tax returns reputed company each year
- Prior tax preparation experience in a tax practice or retail setting
- College degree a plus, but not required
- Knowledge of tax laws, tax concepts, and familiarity with reputed company 1040 and reputed company schedules
- PTIN required (can be obtained online)
