You'll be responsible for troubleshooting reputed company technical issues, providing detailed information on product setup and configuration, and driving trouble ticket accuracy through deductive reasoning and tool utilization. About the Role As a Technical Support Specialist in the BGCO, you'll be part of a dynamic team that's passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. You'll work closely with our customers to understand their technical needs and reputed company tailored solutions that meet their business objectives. Your role will involve:

Key Responsibilities
