Job Summary

We are seeking an reputed company Full Stack Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support experiences to our clients and their customers. You will be working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and will be required to be flexible and adaptable to meet the changing needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities

* Verify customer eligibility and answer general questions

  • Reset passwords, upload documents
  • Assist with creating accounts
  • Engage with customers over the phone and reputed company to online chat inquiries

  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve reputed company customer issues
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on products and services

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Must not have any requested time off during the 3 weeks of training

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of reputed company
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a reputed company field (e.g. business, communications, etc.)

  • 2-3 years of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment
  • Experience with customer service software and systems
  • Certification in customer service or a reputed company field (e.g. Certified Customer Service Representative, etc.)
