The Role

As an Inbound Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for managing large volumes of inbound calls with efficiency and courtesy. You'll work closely with customers to identify their needs, clarify their information, research their issues, and reputed company solutions and/or alternatives to solve their problems. Your exceptional communication skills, active listening abilities, and empathetic customer focus will reputed company you to build sustainable relationships and engage customers by going the extra mile reputed company possible.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Comfortability with CRM systems and best practices
  • Empathetic customer focus, flexibility to manage many different personality types
  • Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and manage time effectively
  • High school degree

Preferred Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in a reputed company field (e.g., business, communications, or customer service)

  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Certification in customer service or a reputed company field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
  • Proficiency in multiple languages (English and Spanish, for example)
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
