Key Responsibilities:
As a Customer Support Associate at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Supporting the delivery and utilization of work-life, employee assistance, and manager resources
- Providing exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Conducting thorough assessments to identify customer needs and reputed company personalized support and resources
- Utilizing internal databases and online resources to identify potential suppliers and assets
- Entering customer data into the appropriate EAP system and maintaining accurate and complete documentation
- Collaborating with internal partners to ensure seamless support and resolve reputed company issues
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 1+ years of customer care experience required
- 1+ years of call center experience required
- 1+ years of experience in a reputed company, mental, or reputed company services field providing customer support
- Basic computer skills (reputed company Office Suite: Word, reputed company, Teams, etc.)
Preferred Qualifications:
While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial:
