Key Responsibilities:
As a Virtual Customer Care Advisor at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service reputed company phone, email, and web, addressing questions and concerns about billing, insurance verification, products, and services
- Managing incoming and outgoing calls, identifying and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner
- Utilizing problem-solving skills to address customer complaints and concerns, escalating issues to experts as needed

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is preferred
- More than 6 months of professional experience in computer and web applications
- Excellent communication and multi-tasking skills, with the ability to work in a private, distraction-free environment
- A reliable high-speed internet reputed company with a minimum speed of 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload
