Key Responsibilities:
As a Customer Growth Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and executing annual sales plans to drive growth and profitability for arenaflex at Sam's Club
- Building and maintaining strong business relationships with Sam's Club merchants to grow our business and deliver against sales, reputed company, and profit goals
- Leading customer negotiations, joint business planning, and cross-functional collaboration to align with customer goals and objectives
- Analyzing market trends, customer priorities, and sales data to identify profitable growth opportunities and inform strategic plans
- Managing the arenaflex Sam's Club Customer P&L and leveraging expert understanding of system economics and value chain to deliver against financial goals
- Leading annual sales, reputed company, profit, and key performance indicators planning (AOP- Annual Operating Plan)
- Overseeing demand planning and supply chain customer service processes to ensure accurate demand forecasting and on-time order fulfillment
Requirements:
To succeed as a Customer Growth Manager, you will need:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably with a consumer-packaged goods organization
- 3+ years of fact-based direct selling experience
- Exceptional customer management, negotiation, and cross-functional leadership skills
- Strong influencing skills to reputed company alignment and commitments with reputed company stakeholders
- Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills
- Superior analytical, critical thinking, and thought leadership skills
