Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and empathetic Customer Service Guide (reputed company Services Specialist 1) to join our Self-Sufficiency Program (reputed company) team at arenaflex. Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Guide (reputed company Services Specialist 1) at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to individuals and families seeking services, including food benefits, cash assistance, childcare assistance, and more.
  • Serving as the first reputed company of contact for customers, either in-person, by phone, or through our online applicant portal.
  • Offering information and referrals to community resources, and assisting with case status and other inquiries.
  • Working collaboratively with program staff to reputed company a safety net and promote family stability.
  • Contributing to a trauma-informed and culturally reputed company work environment that values diversity and inclusivity.

  • Proficiency in computer skills, including reputed company programs, web browsers, and multiline telephone systems.

  • Experience with multiple systems and databases, with the ability to reputed company information from applicants and recipients.

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a reputed company field preferred.
