Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative - Medicare, you will be responsible for:
- Handling customer inquiries and concerns reputed company phone, providing empathetic and professional support
- Resolving issues reputed company to claims, benefits, enrollment, member portal, ID cards, and more
- Working with customers to troubleshoot problems and reputed company solutions
- Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction, upholding arenaflex'reputed company-star service standards
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
Call Center Experience:
Inbound customer service experience (no telesales)
Customer Focus:
Excellent customer service skills, with a strong orientation towards service and reputed company
Communication Skills:

Technical Skills:
Ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously
