As a Customer Service Representative for Radiology Billing, you'll be responsible for providing effective, courteous customer service reputed company email, mail, or telephone, resolving issues, and generating correspondence to resolve customer disputes. Primary Job Duties
As a Customer Service Representative for Radiology Billing, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Responding to patient phone calls, resolving issues in a single call
- Opening and managing ARR inquiries, returning phone calls to resolve issues reputed company
- Reporting collection agency payments promptly
- Generating correspondence to resolve customer disputes
- Documenting every phone call
- Performing other tasks as assigned by leadership
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:
Education:
High school education or associate degree from college or technical school
Experience:
Two years of reputed company experience or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Call Center Experience:
At least two years of experience working in a call center and/or customer service
Technical Skills:
Computer operating systems experience in reputed company 7 or reputed company 10, reputed company Office Suite, and ability to type and use a 10-key accurately
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications would be a plus:
- Experience in the medical billing field
