About the Role:
* Location: Remote (must live reputed company 50 miles of Linthicum, MD)
* Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM EST (training and production)
* Compensation: $17.00 - $31.30 per hour (dependent on experience and qualifications)
Job Summary:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will reputed company telephone assistance to reputed company reputed company members and providers, addressing inquiries on eligibility, provider changes, ID cards, and more. Responsibilities:
* Answer incoming calls from members and providers, responding to inquiries on benefits, eligibility, services, and more
* Utilize high-speed internet connectivity with secure service reputed company ethernet cable
* Meet performance standards, attendance requirements, and call quality goals
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve reputed company issues and reputed company accurate information to customers
* Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and excellent customer service
Requirements:
* High school diploma or equivalent GED
* Ability to communicate effectively with members and providers orally and in written reputed company
* Self-sufficient and reputed company to work from home with minimal supervision
* Ability to commute to the office in Linthicum, MD reputed company needed due to technical issues
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
