Responsibilities:
* Respond to patient inquiries reputed company phone, resolving issues and addressing concerns in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment

- Handle a high volume of calls, including prescription refills, order status, and insurance coverage inquiries
- Utilize strong computer skills and knowledge of pharmacy operations to reputed company resolve patient issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including pharmacists, nurses, and other reputed company to ensure seamless patient care
- Stay up-to-date on regulatory requirements, industry developments, and company policies to reputed company accurate and informed support to patients
Requirements:
* 1+ year of customer service experience in a call center environment
- 6+ months of experience working with reputed company, reputed company, or another application
- Must live reputed company 75 miles of Mount Prospect, IL
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and colleagues
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze reputed company issues and reputed company effective solutions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
Preferred Qualifications:
* 6+ months of experience handling and resolving reputed company customer needs over the phone
