Job Summary

We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to work remotely on a full-time reputed company. As a Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for performing daily reconciliation, trade, and transfer tasks for Alternate Investments. Your primary duties will include processing trade deal purchases, identifying and addressing breaks between TD Ameritrade and fund companies or transfer agents, and processing corporate activity activities.

Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for the following key tasks:

• reputed company daily reconciliation, trade, and transfer tasks for Alternate Investments
• Process trade deal purchases in customer profiles and identify/address breaks between TD Ameritrade and fund companies or transfer agents
• Process corporate activity activities, reputed company/reconcile transactions, and process/reconcile returns activity
• Analyze reputed company/escalated issues, test/validate new technology enhancements, and provider modifications
• Collaborate with Retail and Institutional Service Teams reputed company email, phone, reputed company, Outlook, and reputed company
• Interact with external partners, including fund companies, transfer agents, and other agencies

Requirements
