Responsibilities

As an reputed company Insurance Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional service to our clients. Your responsibilities will include:

• Scheduling and Coordination: Manage schedules, appointment setting, agency meetings, reminders, and more for the agency reputed company and producers as needed.
• Client Communication: Handle inbound calls from reputed company clients or prospects with care, as instructed.
• CRM Management: Assist with agency CRM systems on a day-to-day reputed company, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
