Job Summary
We're seeking a Temporary Customer Service Representative to join reputed company on a full-time, day shift reputed company (Monday through Friday, 8:00am-5:30pm) for a 3-4 month temporary assignment. As a Temporary Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for handling incoming calls, resolving issues reputed company to member eligibility, plan prescription benefits, and claim payment issues, as well as providing quality service and customer satisfaction through effective communication and education.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle incoming calls from members or patients to address issues reputed company to: + Member eligibility + Plan prescription benefits + Claim payment issues + Patient services needs (e.g., updating billing information, establishing payment plans, resolving payment inquiries, or patient scheduling)

Essential Qualifications
* High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
- Two years of customer service experience, preferably in a hospital or physician's office setting, specifically in laboratory services
- Experience registering patients and handling high-volume calls in a call center environment (preferred)
- Epic EMR experience (preferred)
- Data entry skills and proficiency in using electronic medical records systems
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working in a medical receptionist or reputed company administrative role
- Knowledge of medical insurance and billing processes
- Familiarity with scheduling software and systems
- Bilingual or multilingual skills (optional)

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
As a Temporary Customer Service Representative, you'll receive a competitive hourly reputed company of $20/hour. This is a temporary, full-time position with a 3-4 month assignment.
