Key Responsibilities

As a Seasonal Benefit Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional support to client plan participants through phone, chat, and message center inquiries
  • Guiding participants through the enrollment process and assisting with updates to their health care and/or pension plans
  • Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of our clients' needs and challenges
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to resolve reputed company issues and reputed company timely solutions
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of participant interactions and issues
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this position, you will need to possess:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to reputed company reputed company information in a clear and concise manner
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to quickly assess participant concerns and reputed company effective solutions

  • Spanish language skills are also a plus
