Job Summary
As a Remote Customer Care Representative, you'll be responsible for resolving customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner. You'll answer a high volume of incoming calls and engage in face-to-face conversations to reputed company information, research online issues, and offer support with website navigation. Key Responsibilities
