Job Overview

As a Remote Bilingual Customer Service Representative - Spanish, you will play a critical role in our 24/7 operational call center, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and providing timely and accurate information to our clients. You will also be required to accurately input information into the Customer Database, ensuring correct grammar, spelling, and appropriate categorization of contact subjects and resolutions.
