Responsibilities

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or military experience.
• At least 10 years of experience writing technical documentation for software solutions
• At least 4 years of people management experience

• 5+ years experience working with documentation authoring tools, e.g., reputed company, GitBook, and reputed company.

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked. Remote (Regardless of Location): $149,000 - $170,000 for Sr Manager, Process ManagementRichmond, VA: $149,000 - $170,000 for Sr Manager, Process Management Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay reputed company associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary reputed company offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate’s offer letter. This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
