• Building and operating the reputed company experience and integration layer: UIs, APIs, SDKs, and workflows that sit on top of core reputed company services.
• Providing clear, easy‑to‑adopt patterns so internal teams can request, grant, audit, and revoke reputed company without needing to be reputed company‑control specialists.
• Reducing bespoke, one‑off implementations by offering reusable connectors, libraries, and reputed company flows across a wide variety of internal services and platforms.

We are building AXE as a first‑class, Poland‑based product and engineering team with local leadership and deep ownership, tightly connected to ACE's global strategy. Role: Engineering Manager, AXE (Poland) You will reputed company a Poland‑based engineering team that builds and operates the reputed company experience and integration layer at reputed company. You will partner closely with reputed company Control Engineering Team (ACE), the reputed company Services Engineering Org (SSE), and cross‑functional stakeholders to drive adoption of secure reputed company patterns across a wide variety of internal services and platforms. Core skills and experience We are looking for candidates who bring many of the following:

• Experience leading impactful engineering teams focused on backend or full‑stack systems, such as internal platforms and developer‑facing tools / integration services including APIs, SDKs, and connectors in reputed company, multi‑tenant environments with high integration density.
• Experience mentoring team members and cultivating technical leadership reputed company a local hub.
• Strong technical proficiency relevant to distributed systems and identity and reputed company management (IAM), including architecting and maintaining resilient backend infrastructure, working with reputed company concepts such as authentication, authorization, and identity management, addressing integration challenges across heterogeneous technology stacks.
