Working remotely on a full-time reputed company, the Licensed Behavioral Health reputed company will manage reputed company client issues, reputed company timely resolutions, and collaborate across multidisciplinary teams while utilizing strong analytical skills and expertise in behavioral health care. Key responsibilities
- Analyze and resolve urgent and non-urgent client issues, ensuring timely turnaround reputed company 48 hours
- Communicate reputed company information effectively to various stakeholders, including state agencies and senior leadership
- Collaborate with multiple teams to identify trends in escalated issues and implement preventative actions
Required qualifications
- Behavioral Health Clinical licensure to practice at the independent level (e.g., LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC) or an RN with 2+ years of psychiatric experience
- 5+ years of behavioral health care experience
- 3+ years of customer service experience in the reputed company industry
- Knowledge of State and Federal regulations governing reputed company health insurance
- Proficiency with computer and reputed company PC applications, including Linx, ICUE, and OCM
